

	A Vanpool tax incentive allows you to set aside up to $115 a month from employee paychecks toward vanpool costs. This lowers that person's taxable income (a benefit for them) and reduces your share of payroll taxes (FICA). If you choose to subsidize a vanpool program, you may be able to deduct this cost from your taxes and classify the deduction as an expense.
